The Aliprandini & Meyer Fine Wines Ltd. has its vineyards located in the Campos de Cima da Serra, in the municipality of Muitos Capões - RS, around 290 km north of Porto Alegre (Capital of RS). The first vineyards, initially the Cabernet Sauvignon, were planted in the winter of 2005. Continuing the project the following year began the cultivation of the variety Merlot, and in 2008 the cultivars Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Pinot Noir was planted in 2009 for the completion of the first stage of the project. The first vintage was made in 2007, resulting in a wine prominent among the 16 most representative of the crop by the XV National Evaluation of Crop Wines Vintage 2007, organized by the Brazilian Association of Enology - ABE.
The company's mission is to offer a sheer wine that is produced in the skills offered by the privileged climate of the region and toast the maximum potential. To get good results, the first concern is with the varieties planted, always seeking the best varieties adapted to the region. Later, the cultivation is carried out within international standards, resulting in grapes of excellent quality and health. To complete such care, the harvest is done manually. After that, comes the art of winemaking that is done with love and combined with knowledge and technology, seeking to extract maximum flavors and aromas of this grape cultivated in the that is so unique. The aim of Aliprandini & Meyer Fine Wines Ltd., is to give our wines the characteristics of the Terroir CAMPOS DE CIMA DA SERRA (FIELDS UP THE MOUNTAIN).
