Merlot Vintage 2009

This is the noble French grape variety that is characterized by excellent ripening of sugar, flavoring and color showing well adapted to the Terroir of Campos de Cima da Serra. The wine is in stainless steel tanks in the process of stabilization and maturation. The characteristics of preliminary sensory analysis reveal vibrant color, deep red with violet hints, its aroma has notes of cassis, cherry, plum, smooth and full-bodied palate, with good length. Its quality is being monitored and will be launched in 2010.
